Follow these steps to create your first signal and start discovering accounts that are ready to buy.

Setup your Simple ICP!

Define your Ideal Customer Profile in the Settings page. All prospects and accounts discovered by OpenFunnel Agents will automatically match the ICP criteria you establish.

Create Your First Signal

Navigate to the “Create New Signals” page and select from our library of specialized Agents designed for different signal types and industries.We have 3 broad category of Signal Agents
  • Company Discovery Signal Agents
  • People Discovery Signal Agents
  • Browser Workflow Agents
Select a Signal Type and Deploy in 4 Easy Steps
  1. Give your Agent a Name - Give it a descriptive name for easy identification
  2. Select your ICP - Pick an ICP that your created in the first step
  3. Define the Signal - Define the Signal or Activity in Natural language
  4. Deploy - Deploy your signal to start discovering accounts that have the signal
Once deployed, visit the “Agentic Signal Plays” page to see real-time results as our Agents discover in-market accounts and prospects matching your criteria.

Connect your CRM in 5 easy steps:
  1. Go to Integrations tab from the left sidebar
  2. Click Connect to CRM
  3. Follow the guided authentication flow
  4. Approve the OpenFunnel app installation
  5. Return to OpenFunnel to see “Connected” status

Launch Your First Campaign

Turn signal discoveries into outreach campaigns.

Campaign Creation Workflow

  1. Navigate to a Prospect-level signal
  2. Review and select prospects you want to target
  3. Click Add to Campaign
Choose to either:
  • Create new campaign with fresh messaging and cadence
  • Add to existing campaign to expand your current outreach
Access your campaigns anytime from the Campaigns tab in the left sidebar to track progress and refine your approach.
Pro Tip: Start with 1-2 focused signals rather than casting a wide net. Quality signals lead to better conversion rates and more meaningful conversations.
