CRM

Sync People Job

Start an async CRM sync job for people (and their parent accounts).

Creates a background job that syncs the specified people to the connected CRM. Parent accounts are automatically resolved and synced first.

Flow:

Call this endpoint -> get job_id
Poll /check-job-status with job_id until status is “completed” or “failed”
When completed, the result field contains detailed sync results for both accounts and people

Behavior:

Parent accounts are synced first (same logic as sync-accounts-job)
If a parent account is skipped due to ownership conflict, all its people are also skipped
Contacts already in CRM with the same owner are updated
Contacts with a different owner are skipped
New contacts are created and linked to their parent company
